CIBM translational MR neuroimaging & spectroscopy PhD course
As part of CIBM’s Teaching Initiative, a comprehensive course on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Spectroscopy (MRS) for PhD students across the Lemanic region will take place from April 24th- May 5th, 2023.
The course will delve into topics such as experimental design, data gathering, and processing in MRS, as well as, structural and functional MRI in both humans and rodents. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to understand the physical principles of MRI and MRS, design a translational study, establish MRI and MRS acquisition protocols, and analyze results for their research interests. Additionally, they will be able to perform MRI, MRS, and DWI, as well as perform simple quantification and modeling on provided data. The program will also provide an opportunity for students to work on hands-on exercises and questions in groups, fostering interdisciplinary interaction and collaboration.
Don’t miss out on this chance to enhance your skills in the field of MRI and MRS.
