Miguel Molina

Media & Events Manager

Miguel joined the CIBM in 2026 as Media & Events Manager. With an engineering background and a cross-disciplinary profile, he brings a valuable combination of technical expertise and creative vision. He began his career in Madrid, his hometown, where he spent six years designing industrial processes and projects in the fields of logistics and production. In 2004, he founded a web design and marketing agency, where he developed his passion for design and the arts.

In 2010, he moved to Switzerland, working as a freelance in-house consultant on various European research and innovation projects, primarily focusing on communication and dissemination tasks. From 2013 to 2025, he served as Senior Multimedia Designer and Design Team Leader, specializing in dissemination and communication through web design, photography, social media, promotional materials (from concept to production), and multimedia, including video shooting and editing. He also played an active role in organizing and developing events for several commercial clients.

Throughout his 25-year professional journey, Miguel has developed expertise in account management, client relations, media strategy, creative consulting, and team leadership – always from a human-centric perspective. In parallel with his professional career, his involvement in the arts, associations, and cultural events, such as music and film festivals, has further deepened and enriched his practice.
