Olivia Bejuy
PET HUG-UNIGE Molecular Imaging Section
Olivia obtained her Master’s degree in Biology with a specialization in Oncology, Preclinical Models and Molecular Imaging at the University of Geneva in September 2018. In 2019, she received the ARDITI prize from the ARDITI Foundation, awarding the best Master thesis in Biology from the University of Geneva. During her master’s internship, she developed and characterized innovative and highly relevant in vitro, in ovo and in vivo preclinical models of Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma. Following her Master’s degree, in January 2019, Olivia joined the Small Animal Preclinical Imaging Platform of the University of Geneva, bringing her expertise in MRI, CT and optical imaging to researchers of the UNIGE.
In January 2020, Olivia joined the CIBM PET HUG-UNIGE section as the PET Operational Manager. She advises, guides and supports PET/SPECT/CT users and collaborators from the very inception of the project through study design, financial and administrative aspects, animal experimentation applications, study execution, data management and processing, all the way to publication.
