CIBM is proud to announce the publication of its 2024 Annual Report, marking another year of exceptional scientific achievements, technological advances, and collaborative breakthroughs across our partner institutions. Throughout 2024, CIBM continued to strengthen its position as a global leader in biomedical imaging research.
A notable milestone was the unveiling of the CIBM TESSERACT Initiative, our flagship project that leverages CIBM’s unique multidisciplinary advanced biomedical imaging expertise to study curiosity, creativity, and cooperation in schoolchildren. This holistic biomedical approach integrates imaging across multiple systems, brain, body, and social interactions, in both laboratory and real-life settings.
A long-standing objective was realized with the establishment of the new Data Science module, marking a significant expansion of our collaborative research capabilities. This milestone sets the foundation for the CIBM Data Science Initiative and enhanced data-driven research across all sections.
