SP CHUV-EPFL Computational Medical Imaging & Machine Learning Section
My research focuses on white matter reconstruction from diffusion-weighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging (DW-MRI). I’m interested in the white matter tractography, brain structural connectivity, and validation. I completed a double Ph.D. in computer science, under the direction of Professor Maxime Descoteaux (Faculty of Science, Université de Sherbrooke), Professor Kevin Whittingstall (Faculty of Medicine and Health Science, Université de Sherbrooke) and Professor Rachid Deriche (Inria Sophia-Antipolis—Méditerranée, Université Nice Sophia Antipolis). I then obtained a Marie Skłodowska-Curie EPFL Fellow Fellowship on microstructure-informed tractography at the Signal Processing Laboratory 5 (LTS5), École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
